Every candidate is pre-screened for technical competence. You only interview qualified people, saving your team dozens of hours.
Our invoice is due 30 days *after* the candidate’s start date. This gives you time to confirm they are the right fit for the role.
If the hire leaves or is let go within the first 60 days for any reason, you get a full cash refund or a free replacement search.

We use senior engineers to vet candidates, which is far more accurate and efficient. Our flat-fee model is built on forming long-term partnerships, not maximizing short-term commissions.

The process has two key stages: 1) A peer-to-peer technical screening where our experts assess a candidate's depth of knowledge and problem-solving approach. 2) A practical, hands-on coding assessment tailored to their stated competencies to provide a quantitative measure of their skills.
